A welcome toast with Franciacorta Brut D.O.C.G. wine from the “Vigneti Cenci” vineyard. Puff pastry caramelline with olive hearts. Avocado salad with palpito and 30-month seasoned parmesan cheese. Paccheri pasta with cherry tomatoes, creamed basil, taggiasche olives and salted ricotta cheese. Zucchini flowers and burrata cheese flan. Apple and cinnamon tart. Wines: Sparkling wines (traditional method). Franciacorta docg, “Vigneti Ceci” vineyard, Cologne Bresciano. Italy. Siet Vignis white wine, Chardonnay, 2013 – Ronco del Gelso, Friuli, Italy. Costarsa red wine, Pinto Nero, 2010, “Azienda Agricola Montello” vineyard, Oltrepo Pavese, Italy. Up to three glasses of wine per head are included. One bottle is equivalent to seven glasses.
We have personalized the old interior of our late eighteenth century patrician apartment in a traditional way in order to re-live the ritual of convivial dining. It’s a “hidden” and private location with a majestic terrace. Our menu is composed of fresh foods chosen according to the season.
