Appetizer: Enjoy a welcome of Roman focaccia bread with Caserta bufala cheese and cherry tomatoes, accompanied by a glass of champagne. First course: Crêpes alla couture, or Neapolitan timbale. Second course: Beef alla mode, or thinly sliced carpaccio with chives. Side dish: Seasonal vegetables. Dessert: Chocolate mousse or baked Martin Sec pears with Barolo wine. After dinner: Whiskey, rum, raisin liquor, limoncello, bitters, herbal tea.
