ROSSINI MEAT MENU
Rossini appetizer: Chicken and prosciutto ham, gorgonzola cheese, baloney sausage. First Course: Macaroni pasta alla Rossini, with mushrooms and truffles. Second course. Fillet steak alla Rossini, with croutons, patè, maderizzata sauce, truffles. Side dish: Rossini salad with mustard dressing. Dessert: William Tell dessert with Chantilly cream, apple and liquor. Includes: Rosso di Montefalco and Antonelli wines, salotto papale liquors.
