Lucano-American dinner and dome of Florence

The menu is fusion between the rich gastronomic tradition of Lucania and that, a little more "basic" American.

Lucan appetizer: cod and crushk (crunchy) peppers from Senise with light American drink

First course: fresh Cavatelli with pork ragout and toasted bread with Aglianico del Vulture wine

Second course: Chianina burger with a rich side dish of cooked and raw mixed vegetables and Aglianico del Vulture wine

American dessert: Strawberry crumble made by me and accompanied by Amaro Lucano from Pisticci (lucan liquor)

Me and my wife Silvia (pleasant conversationalist) will seat at the table with you, when we shall not be in the kitchen! At home the spirit is quite informal and friendly on a fresh fairly illuminated terrace. We'll dine together with view of the Dome, Giotto's bell tower lies only 80 m away!
