Look and learn! Be my guest and my special helping hand while we prepare the typical sicilian symbols : arancina and siciliana . Since the "siciliane" need to be doughed and leavened time before, we shall prepare step by step arancine and fill siciliane then we'll fried all the preparations sipping on very good wine. It takes about 2 hours. Eating, at the end of the work, is mandatory!
