I love hand made pasta and Bolognese tortellino
We will teach you how to make handmade pasta and the real Bolognese tortellino.You will put your hands in dough and you will prepare by yourself tortellini, tagliatelle and tortelloni which we will then cook with you and you will eat. We will teach you the combination of food and wine with wines from an excellent local winery known all over the world, those of the Cantina di Montevibiano. Cellar that has obtained the certificate no.1 as an eco-sustainable winery. We will prepare: Tortellini, tagliatelle and tortelloni (ricotta and parsley / spinach and / or ricotta and walnuts)
You will eat: Tortellini with cream Taglaitelle with tomatoes and basil from the garden, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and extra virgin olive oil produced locally Tortelloni with butter and sage
Wines: White and / or red of the Montevibiano Winery.

The old Castle of Gaiche has been very well restored 20 years ago and now is a luxury private property.
Gaiche merits to be remembered not only for its historical vicissitudes but above all for its statute of the year 1318, the most antique of Umbria, and to have given birth to the blessed Leopoldo.
