ROMAN GNOCCHI

GNOCCHI PASTA in Rome are the one made with grits, a simple old recipe with grits flour, milk, parmigiano cheese and butter, more popular than the traditional potato gnocchi.
In this 3 hour lasting cooking class we will prepare them with another type of gnocco with ricotta cheese and spinach; we will then cook and eat with butter and sage seasoning.
We will seat together to taste what we prepared drinking a good glass of wine.
Finally we will eat a dessert and taste our home made limoncello.

Meeting point to Zagarolo station (train from Rome Termini station every half-hour) at 10 AM . I will pick you up and we will reach together my house.
Welcome drink, snacks, apron and cooking utensils at your disposal.

conosco Claudia da circa 4 anni, è stata la prima cuoca dalla quale sono andata a mangiare e da subito lei e Bruno hanno preso un posto speciale nel mio cuore. Bruno anche senza tastiera è stato un ottimo commensale divertendoci con freddure e battute. Claudia un ospite graditissimo ed inaspettato.

I am a chef and I cook by passion; I started many years ago for my family and then I did it for many years by profession, since 2013 I successfully dedicate myself to "social eating" and international newspapers like "The Guardian" and "The Wall Street Jurnall" have written me. I live, most of the year, in my country house near Rome, in Zagarol;, I have a large land with vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees and aromatic and wild plants. Cooking for others gives me joy and being able to convey the culinary traditions of my family gives me a great sense of satisfaction. My great teacher was my mother Milena and before her my grandmother Livia, who taught us, playing, to make pasta and even meatballs and desserts !! .. If you want to attend my culinary event you have to go to Rome Termini Station and take a train that takes you to Zagarolo in 25 minutes). I will be waiting at the station and I will take you to my house.
