My name is Chiara, I am a pastry chef and cook at home. I have a website www.chiaracongusto.it where you can find many of my recipes. I wrote two ebooks, one dedicated to shortbread "Dolcezze di frolla" and the other dedicated to cakes and fillings "Sweetly creamy".
