ITALIAN SUNDAY LUNCH WITH COOKING CLASS

In Italy the traditional "italian sunday lunch" is considered very important and we will prepare it togheter in a 3 hours cooking class!
After a little welcome snack we will dress our cook apron and start to prepare all the dishes that, sitting on a wonderful table , we will than enjoy together!!

Starter: fried vegetable filled bigne', local salamella, flavoured primo sale cheese, tomato bruschetta, (homemade bread and breadstik)
First course: Fettuccine (homemade pasta) with fresh tomato sauce , ham and parmigiano cheese
Second course: oven cooked roast with seasonal vegetables
Dessert: cold Zabajone with almond bisquit
Homemade red wine
extra virgin homemade oil
Limoncello/Amaro

I will furnish you all it needs to be a real italian cook!
If you want I will collect you at ZAGAROLO station (25 minutes train from ROMA TERMINI station)

Claudia, che dire? a te e Bruno devo dire Grazie davvero per la Vostra presenza! ... Siete STUPENDI! Sono rimasta incantata di voi... veramente degli ospiti unici e genuini! Graditissimi ed incantevoli! Non potevo avere ospiti migliori dandomi l'opportunità di scoprire l'eccezionale mondo Gnammo!

conosco Claudia da circa 4 anni, è stata la prima cuoca dalla quale sono andata a mangiare e da subito lei e Bruno hanno preso un posto speciale nel mio cuore. Bruno anche senza tastiera è stato un ottimo commensale divertendoci con freddure e battute. Claudia un ospite graditissimo ed inaspettato.

I am a chef and I cook by passion; I started many years ago for my family and then I did it for many years by profession, since 2013 I successfully dedicate myself to "social eating" and international newspapers like "The Guardian" and "The Wall Street Jurnall" have written me. I live, most of the year, in my country house near Rome, in Zagarol;, I have a large land with vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees and aromatic and wild plants. Cooking for others gives me joy and being able to convey the culinary traditions of my family gives me a great sense of satisfaction. My great teacher was my mother Milena and before her my grandmother Livia, who taught us, playing, to make pasta and even meatballs and desserts !! .. If you want to attend my culinary event you have to go to Rome Termini Station and take a train that takes you to Zagarolo in 25 minutes). I will be waiting at the station and I will take you to my house.
