Verrete accolti nella storica dimora di PALAZZO DE BALLIS, nelle sue stanze ottocentesche e nella sua Torre. I miei Ospiti saranno accolti come gli amici che frequentano la mia casa, ai quali presento sempre una tavola imbandita con i ricami e le stoviglie tramandatemi dalla mia Famiglia e con le portate curate anche nella presentazione. In omaggio al detto che bisogna mangiare anche con gli occhi, oltre a deliziare il gusto delizierete i vostri sensi in una location capace di far vibrare le corde dell'animo, attraverso l'ascolto della musica, immersi nei profumi di questa Terra.
