My name is Federico. I am a cook and a professional actor. I have been acting professionally for about 13 years, travelling all over Italy. In the mean time however, my passion for cooking was growing each day more and more. Now as a professionale cook, I am passionate of the typical Italian cuisineas well as in the cooking traditions of a number of Countries I am somehow connected to (Turkish, North African, Armenian, Russia/Ucranian cuisine), and also in exotic cuisine I love growing herbs, spices and vegetables in my balcony and I am a great fan of aromatic herbs and chilly.
We live in the city centre, not far from the train station “Garibaldi”, our house is on the ground floor in a very quiet courtyard.
Weather permitting, dinner will take place on our terrace situated above our loft, in the midst of jasmine, wisteria, clematis, herbs and vegetables that we always use for our dishes!
We report the presence of our little jack russell Haruki. As our guests know Haruki is friendly, affectionate and well educated.
