The vignarola

The Vignarola is a seasonable vegetables based dish, that reminds me of: green meadows, sun and daisies. In a word... Spring!
And here is the menu that suggested me:

Toasted bread with beans and pecorino cheese
Grilled cheese with honey and sesame crust

Ravioli, cheese and pepper with Vignarola

Boiled meatballs, nettle and borage balls
Garden salad

Shortcrust pastry cake, custard, white chocolate, mint sauce, dark chocolate and licorice sauce (grandma Livia recipe)

Local, white and red wine

Extra virgin olive oil production

Grazie a Claudia e Bruno per l'ospitalità e la buonissima cena. Il tutto accompagnato da una piacevole musica e compagnia.


Amorevole e creativa come sempre, hai ideato una cena con un menù delizioso e originale. Tutto strepitoso, festa fantastica,divertente. Dolce megagalattico. Grazie Claudia sei stata meravigliosa e grazie Bruno per la tua ottima musica. A presto!!!!
