Cena di fine estate- Never ending summer dinner

I'll prepare some of my favorite food, easy and funny tastes from neapolitan tradition.
I'll just use fresh ingredients and family produced products like our tomato sauce that I make every year with my mother and grandmother. I'll do a vegetarian version of every dish, if needed.
I'll host you in my house, a big historical and old fashioned apartment, where I grew up and learn to cook with my family.

MENU

ANTIPASTI
Bruschette with a selection of homemade creams (dried tomato and basil, olives, aubergine babaganoush)
I'll prepare a selection of fresh pate to be served with toasted bread or home made focaccia
PRIMO:
Pasta al forno with aubergine and smoked mozzarella
Penne with fresh tomato sauce, fried aubergine, smoked mozzarella and parmigiano
SECONDO E CONTORNO:
Polpette party!!
A selection of delicious meatball, veggieball, and fishball
Friarielli, mixed salad
DESSERT
Caprese cake with mamma's limoncello
